Kenneth Krogulski, CFA

Kenneth J. Krogulski is President, Chief Investment Officer and CEO of Berkshire Asset Management, LLC Ken provides leadership, strategic direction and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Ken has 30 years of experience in research, security analysis and portfolio management. He began his career in financial services in at First Eastern Bank, N.A. (now PNC Financial) as senior portfolio manager in First Eastern's Trust Department. In 1990, he joined Berkshire as Chief Investment Officer. Ken was a shareholder in Berkshire prior to the Legg Mason acquisition in September 1999. In 2007, the company was acquired by its current management from Legg Mason.

Ken earned his B.S. in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from Wilkes University. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute (CFA®). He is a member of the Financial Analyst Society of Philadelphia.

Gerard Mihalick, CFA

Gerard Mihalick, a vice president of Berkshire Asset Management, LLC, is responsible for equity analysis and portfolio management for the firm's high net worth and institutional client base. He was appointed as a portfolio manager at Berkshire Asset Management, Inc. in 1995. He is a member of the firms Investment Policy Committee, which provides oversight of all portfolios, long-term investment strategy and buy/sell decisions. Gerry has over 15 years of investment management experience. Previously, he served as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch and an assistant portfolio manager with Fleet Investment Advisors, Rochester, New York.

Gerry received his B.S. in management and finance in 1990 from Gettysburg College. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute (CFA®). He is a member of the New York Society of Financial Analysts.

Michael D. Weaver, CFA

Michael D. Weaver, a vice president of Berkshire Asset Management, LLC, is responsible for equity analysis and portfolio management for the firm's high net worth and institutional client base. Mike has over 12 years of investment management experience. Previously serving as an analyst and a senior portfolio manager at Mellon Private Asset Management. He joined Berkshire as a portfolio manager in 1999. He is a member of the firms Investment Policy Committee.

Mike earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute (CFA®). He is a member of the New York Society of Financial Analysts.

Marilyn D. Millington

Marilyn Millington, a vice president and Chief Compliance Officer of Berkshire Asset Management, LLC, is responsible for portfolio management, client relations, new business development and day-to-day company operations. She is a member of the Investment Policy Committee. Prior to joining Berkshire, Ms. Millington was vice president and client relationship team advisor with PNC Advisors, director of Marketing and Communications with Prudential Retirement Services, managing director at MLB Advertising, principal of her own consulting business and served as an accountant with Parente Randolph LLC.

Ms. Millington received her B.S. in accounting and English literature from King's College. She is a Leadership Foundation Fellow for the International Women's Forum having been selected as one of only 14 women to participate in this international program. She completed executive educational certificate programs at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and the Judge School of Management, Cambridge University. She held a Series 24, 7, 65 and 63 securities licenses and is licensed by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. She is currently a candidate for the CFP designation.

Gregory C. Weaver, CFA

Education: BS, Business Administration, University of Central Florida CFA Charterholder

Experience: Greg is a member of the firm's investment committee and has equity and fixed income research and portfolio management responsibilities. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2007, Greg was a financial analyst for both MGM Studios, Inc and Paramount Pictures. He was an Investment Representative for Trust Company of the West and most recently served as Wealth Manager for the M&T Bank Investment Group. He is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and serves on the board of the Wilkes-Barre YMCA, the Home for Homeless Women, the Luzerne County Historical Society, and the Wyoming Commemorative Association.
